I serve as a strategic advisor to leaders in the public, private, and civic sectors on the design and implementation of impact strategies that align mission, metrics, and resources—embedding social and environmental accountability into daily decision-making, culture, policy, and communications. As Managing Director, I help guide the firm’s business strategy, team, and service evolution—ensuring our offerings remain responsive to emerging needs and grounded in values-driven impact. I lead business development, strategic partnerships, and internal growth planning to position FM Civic as a trusted catalyst for systems change.

My work centers on restoration—not just of natural ecosystems or social economies, but of the unseen threads that connect people to each other and all living things. I am particularly interested in building cross-sector collaborations where equity, ecology, and innovation can thrive; designing systems that not only function but heal and regenerate; telling stories that shift paradigms and empower others to find their voice; and leading with humility, so others feel emboldened to lead, too.

With over 25 years of global experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, impact investing, and sustainable business, I have contributed to the creation of products, programs, networks, and services designed to generate social, environmental, and financial value.

I hold a MS in Architecture from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP), a BA in English and Literature from the University of Arizona, and I am a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School.
